Common work
These are broad U.S. industry-average planning ranges, not BE Repaired quotes. The labor slice assumes the work runs in a single visit at our $50/hr rate. Final pricing depends on access, condition, materials, and whether a licensed trade is required.
Door-knob holes, settlement cracks, small dings. Texture matched, primed, ready for paint.
Sticking doors, hinges, locks, weatherstripping, slab or prehung swaps, jamb repair.
Kitchen and bath faucets, supply lines, shutoffs tested, caulk sealed.
Interior bath and kitchen, exterior windows and trim, the small envelope work that saves the big repair.
One room, one accent wall, the small paint job you keep putting off.
Replacing rotted boards, tightening loose rails, restaining for another High Country winter.
LVP, sheet vinyl, ceramic tile, transitions, small subfloor corrections.

How it works
Use the request form. Pick the closest service, add a one-line description, attach a photo if you have one.
We confirm the scope, flag any licensed-trade or permit questions, and reply with a planning estimate.
You approve the scope and pick a window. We confirm the morning of with an ETA.
Work is done, area is cleaned, you walk through it before we leave. Pay by Zelle, card, or check.
Common questions
No trip charge within the standard 25-mile service radius. Outside that, travel is added at the same $50/hr rate, in writing, before the visit.
If the job is genuinely under two hours, you still pay the 2-hour minimum. Most homeowners use that headroom by adding a second or third small task to the same visit. If the work goes past two hours, every additional hour is billed at $50.
Materials are at cost with receipts from the supplier. Common defaults are Lowe's Banner Elk (#1834) and local lumber yards. We do not mark up materials unless you ask for a sourced-and-delivered convenience, and that is quoted in writing first.
Yes. For work that needs a licensed plumber, electrician, structural engineer, or a permit, we say so up front and either bring in the right trade or hand off cleanly. We do not pretend a permit is not required.
Avery County and the North Carolina High Country: Newland, Banner Elk, Linville, Elk Park, Crossnore, Plumtree, Sugar Mountain, and Beech Mountain. Outside that, schedule permitting.
